Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure quality across all project phases from inception through turnover. You will lead QA activities, review documents, perform root cause analyses, and support commissioning and punch list tasks.

Travel to job sites will be needed to verify quality and safety compliance. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering, have 3+ years in construction PM with MEP focus, and can coordinate with suppliers and project teams to implement

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience required.
• Construction project management focusing on MEP systems preferred.
• Willingness to travel for project success.
• Knowledge of data center MEP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Capture and share lessons learned with suppliers and project teams.
• Support commissioning, punch list, and turnover activities.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions for project non-conformances and quality issues.
• Attend factory witness tests for OFCI and CFCI equipment and systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify, resolve, and implement solutions to quality issues.
• Review construction documents for errors and omissions to provide quality control.
• Generate startup reports to document equipment readiness.
• Manage testing of mechanical, electrical, and control systems and submit related documentation.
• Conduct routine job site audits and site walks to ensure quality installations and safety compliance.
• Attend required safety training and comply with regulations.
