Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure quality across all project phases from inception to turnover. You will support commissioning, create corrective actions, and review docs to prevent errors.

Travel to project sites is expected to verify quality installations and safety compliance. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least three years in construction PM focusing on MEP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Three years of related experience in construction PM focusing on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (MEP).
• Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Capture and share lessons learned with suppliers and project teams.
• Support commissioning, punch list, and turnover activities.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions for quality issues and non-conformances.
• Attend factory witness tests for OFCI and CFCI equipment and systems.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Provide Quality Control by reviewing Construction Documents for errors and omissions.
• Generate startup reports documenting equipment readiness.
• Manage testing of mechanical, electrical, and control systems and submit related docs.
• Conduct routine job site audits and site walks for quality installations and safety.
