Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure that all project phases meet the required level of quality from inception through turnover. You will collaborate with subcontractors and project teams to uphold standards and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include supporting commissioning, root cause analysis, and review of construction documents, plus conducting site audits to verify code compliance, safety, and equipment readiness for turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
• Three years of related experience required.
• Previous experience in Construction Project Management focusing on MEP systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Capture and share lessons learned with suppliers and project teams.
• Support commissioning, punch list, and turnover activities.
• Recommend effective corrective and preventive actions for project non-conformances and quality issues.
• Attend factory witness tests for OFCI and CFCI equipment and systems.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify, resolve, and implement solutions to quality issues.
• Provide Quality Control by reviewing Construction Documents for errors and omissions.
• Generate startup reports to document equipment readiness.
• Manage MEP testing and submit all related documentation.
• Conduct routine job site audits and site walks to ensure quality installations, compliance with codes, and safety requirements.
• Attend required safety training and comply with site safety regulations.
