Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure quality across all project phases from inception to turnover. You will support commissioning, witness tests, and site audits, and drive corrective actions for quality issues in MEP systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least three years of related experience, with travel as needed for project success. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
Three years of related experience required.
Previous experience in Construction Project Management focusing on MEP systems is required.

Responsibilities

Capture and share lessons learned with suppliers and project teams.
Support commissioning, punch list, and turnover activities.
Recommend effective corrective and preventive actions for project non-conformances and quality issues.
Attend factory witness tests for OFCI and CFCI equipment and systems.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify, resolve, and implement solutions to quality issues.
Provide Quality Control by reviewing Construction Documents for errors and omissions.
Generate startup reports to document equipment readiness.
Manage MEP testing and submit related documentation and turnover packages.
Conduct routine job site audits and site walks to ensure quality installations and safety compliance.
Attend required safety training and comply with site safety regulations.
