Job summary

Prism Professional Services Group, LLC. is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes on construction projects in Chandler, AZ.

You will oversee design coordination, procurement, installation, commissioning, budget control, schedule performance, quality, safety, and stakeholder communication to meet project requirements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of MEP or construction leadership,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing MEP, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, schedules, contracts, project controls, and field coordination processes.
• Working knowledge of applicable building codes, safety requirements, QA/QC practices, and commissioning procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve conflicts, make sound decisions, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with common project management, scheduling, document control, and collaboration tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of MEP scopes.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and coordination docs.
• Coordinate with owners, GC, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors.
• Develop, manage, and update MEP schedules and procurement logs.
• Manage budgets, cost forecasts, change orders, PO's, and subcontract agreements.
• Oversee procurement of long-lead equipment and materials.
• Supervise field installation activities and ensure safety and quality.
• Lead coordination meetings, document actions, and identify risks.
• Support testing, commissioning, punch lists, turnover, and handoff.
• Promote safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
