The role involves leading complex, large-scale projects in sectors such as Data Centers and Healthcare, ensuring timely project delivery and compliance with quality standards. Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in project management and be authorized to work in the U.S., with strong communication and leadership skills. The position requires on-site work only.

About the Job

Midstate Mechanical is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager with a strong MEP background to lead complex, large-scale projects across Mission Critical (Data Centers/Hospitals), Healthcare, Municipalities, Schools, and other Commercial sectors.

This role is responsible for full lifecycle project execution—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

• 5+ years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience
• Experience with large-scale / complex projects
• Must be on-site in Phoenix, AZ (No Remote/Hybrid)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
