Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction in the Phoenix area is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection on complex projects. You will oversee design coordination and ensure safety as a core value on every assignment.

The role requires strong leadership, 6+ years of MEP/construction experience, and collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and design teams. LEED is preferred and opportunity for growth is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 6+ years of MEP/construction experience.
• 5+ years of design or project management experience.
• LEED certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other 3D software.
• Strong communication and leadership to drive project teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership throughout a project to ensure timely and quality results.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection work.
• Coordinate with local, city, state, and county codes and officials.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, subs, and design teams.
• Provide technical guidance to Superintendents and Project Managers.
• Review plans for constructability and cost feasibility; perform risk assessments.
