Job summary

Multi-Family Construction Group is seeking an MEP Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and closeout of MEP projects in a dynamic environment. You will supervise Project Coordinators and Assistant PMs to hit schedule, budget, and quality targets while coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 5–12 years of MEP project leadership, strong budgeting skills, and thorough knowledge of building codes and construction methods.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of progressive experience managing MEP construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage medium-to-large budgets ($5M–$50M+).
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction methods, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, Spectrum or similar construction management software.
