Qualifications

• Experience in the HVAC, Plumbing and/or Electrical Industry.
• Experience in both Sales and/or Service Operations.
• Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, design and service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client and sales team to develop project bid strategies.
• Survey and gather information required to estimate and propose work.
• Generate proposals drafts for management review.
• Perform complete takeoffs and develop accurate estimates.
• Provide technical assistance in negotiating contracts and change orders.
