Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking a coordinator to support multimillion-dollar commercial MEP projects under the Sales Manager and Project Manager. You will serve as a key communication link among internal teams, customers, and vendors, helping to develop estimating, scheduling, and design in a design-build process.

In this role, you will liaise with purchasing, engineering, and construction to manage scope and timelines, oversee on-site progress, and resolve installation challenges.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of industry experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all technical activities for multimillion-dollar commercial MEP projects under guidance of Sales and Project Managers.
• Liaise with internal departments, customers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project plans.
• Manage scope, pricing, submittals, and delivery timelines with Purchasing and suppliers.
• Oversee on-site progress and resolve installation challenges with design expertise.
• Direct daily administrative workflows (documents, RFIs, logs, POs, MOPs, submittals, procurement logs).
• Plan workflows, track labor/materials/deliveries to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Identify potential risks and collaborate on solutions with Project Manager.
• Build relationships with customers, contractors, and field personnel through OAC, kickoff, and foreman meetings.
• No direct reports.
