Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems in Telluride, CO seeks a Project Coordinator to support multimillion-dollar commercial MEP projects. You will coordinate technical activities and act as the main communication link among internal disciplines, customers, and vendors.

Under supervision of the Sales Manager and Project Manager, you will develop skills in estimating, scheduling, and design while ensuring cross-functional alignment. The role emphasizes integrity, organization, and strong communication.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
3-5 years of industry experience or a combination of experience and education.
High sense of integrity, business ethics & professionalism.
Excellent oral and written business communication skills.

Responsibilities

Liaise with internal departments, purchasing, engineering, construction, fabrication shops, and legal.
Coordinate scope, pricing, submittals, and delivery timelines with Purchasing.
Coordinate installation procedures among Engineering, Construction, and other stakeholders.
Oversee onsite job progress and resolve operational and installation challenges in real time.
Direct daily administrative workflows including Document Control, RFIs, daily logs, POs, MOPs, submittals, and procurement logs.
Track labor, materials, and deliveries to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Escalate potential project risks and drive solutions with the Project Manager.
Cultivate relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and field personnel through OAC meetings and foreman meetings.
