Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems in Fresno, CA is seeking a project coordinator to support multi-million dollar commercial MEP projects under the Sales Manager and Project Manager(s). You will help with estimating, scheduling and design within the design-build process, and you will act as the communication hub between engineering, construction, procurement, and customers.

This role emphasizes collaboration, organization and hands-on problem solving on site, with responsibilities including document

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering; Construction Management, or related field. Concentration in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, or
• 3-5 years of industry experience or a combination of experience and education
• High sense of integrity, business ethics & professionalism
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency and proven success in interpersonal relationship building skills and positive customer service interactions.
• Excellent oral and written business communication skills, including the ability to listen and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with cross‑department coordination.
• Coordinate scope, price, submittals and delivery with Purchasing.
• Manage onsite project progress and resolve installation challenges.
• Oversee daily admin items (POs, RFIs, submittals, logs) as directed.
• Plan work, track labor, materials, deliveries and project costs.
• Escalate problems and drive solutions to resolution.
• Interface with installers, suppliers and subcontractors for instructions.
