Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems seeks a Project Coordinator to support multimillion-dollar commercial MEP projects in Idaho. Under the Sales Manager's supervision and a Project Manager's daily guidance, you will coordinate technical activities, serve as the communication link between internal disciplines, customers, and vendors, and develop cross-functional coordination within the design-build process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all technical activities for multimillion-dollar commercial MEP projects.
• Liaise with internal departments (accounting, purchasing, engineering, construction, fabrication shops, legal) and with customers and vendors.
• Coordinate installation procedures among Engineering, Construction and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Direct daily administrative workflows (Document Control, RFIs, daily logs, POs, MOPs, submittals, procurement logs).
• Plan workflows, track labor/materials/deliveries, and manage subcontractors to meet project standards.
