Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee multimillion-dollar commercial MEP projects. Under the guidance of the Business Unit Leader and a Project Manager, you will coordinate technical activities and serve as a communication link among internal teams, customers, and vendors, while growing skills in estimating, scheduling, and design within a design-build process.

You will assist with scope, pricing, submittals, and delivery timelines, coordinate installation

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of industry experience or a combination of experience and education.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all technical activities for multimillion-dollar MEP projects.
• Liaise with internal departments, customers, and vendors.
• Assist Project Manager with scope, pricing, and submittals.
• Oversee on-site progress and resolve installation challenges.
• Maintain document control, RFIs, logs, POs, MOPs, and submittals.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and deliveries to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
