Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to coordinate moderately complex MEP systems across design, construction, and commissioning phases. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure integration, quality, and timely delivery of building services.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, adherence to safety procedures, and collaboration to optimize project performance while maintaining regulatory compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in MEP coordination, building systems design, construction project management, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating across design development, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Familiarity with life safety, low voltage, and automation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates coordination of moderately complex MEP systems across design, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Collaborates with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve technical issues.
• Reviews MEP drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructability.
• Leads coordination meetings and communicates updates to stakeholders to maintain alignment.
• Identifies and addresses conflicts or risks related to MEP systems to protect project delivery.
