Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking an Engineering Services Manager to lead a group of engineers delivering M/E services, commissioning and engineer-driven projects. You will drive conceptual estimating, systems analysis and value engineering in support of our strategy and values.

You will supervise commissioning plans, advance resource allocation, and build partnerships with energy services firms to grow performance contracting. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and cross-functional teamwork within JE Dunn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or architectural engineering.
• Master’s degree in engineering or business management (Preferred).
• 10+ years construction management experience.
• 2+ years people management experience.
• 2+ years financial management experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of engineers providing M/E services, commissioning and engineer-driven mechanical/electrical projects.
• Oversee mechanical/electrical conceptual estimating, systems analysis and value engineering.
• Manage mechanical/electrical scheduling input, sequencing requirements and scheduling updates throughout the life of the project.
• Markets and sells Commissioning on select projects as a value-added service.
• Supervises the development and execution of each project’s Commissioning Plan.
