Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior M/E Engineer to lead mechanical, electrical, and field construction activities on select projects. You will manage estimates, schedules, quality control, and commissioning, developing data-driven analyses and new business opportunities.

Expect to mentor staff, coordinate ME scopes during bids, and contribute to value engineering while building client relationships on complex construction programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction documentation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to read and understand plans, drawings and specifications.
• Experience with budgetary ME estimates and bid analysis.
• Knowledge of Lean construction principles.

Responsibilities

• Complete progressively complex mechanical, electrical and field construction activities.
• Develop and review ME estimates and bid analysis.
• Coordinate ME scopes during bid process and with subcontractors.
• Support commissioning and testing procedures.
• Mentor junior team members and develop tools to improve processes.
