Job summary

JE Dunn Construction, a leader in the construction industry, seeks a Senior Project Manager, MEP Operations Lead to direct complex projects, drive profitability and administer project operations in line with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in construction management, and proven ability to manage complex scopes, schedules and budgets across teams including subcontractors, owners, and design partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in construction management.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and incident investigations.
• Manage preconstruction tasks including takeoff, scope review, bid package development, and schedule creation.
• Develop and manage project schedule and budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, owner, design team, vendors and field teams.
• Prepare change requests and obtain owner/architect approvals.
• Lead monthly project reviews, progress meetings and OAC meetings.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field
