Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking MEP Engineering Interns for its 2027 Internship Program.

You'll work with experienced engineers on real building design projects, learning how mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems come together to support comfortable, safe, and energy-efficient spaces across industries. You will gain hands-on experience, contribute to calculations and drawings, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in professional development and networking activities

Qualifications

Must be pursuing a mechanical or electrical engineering degree and enrolled full-time in an accredited program.
At least one year of college completed; rising sophomores eligible; juniors and seniors preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office required; AutoCAD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the design and development of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects.
Assist with technical calculations, drawings, and project documentation.
Collaborate with engineers and multidisciplinary project teams.
