CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking MEP Engineering Interns to join our 2027 Internship Program.

As an intern, you'll work alongside experienced engineers, gain exposure to real building design projects, and learn how mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems come together to support high-performing spaces across industries. CHA's Building Design team works on facilities including schools, healthcare centers, multifamily housing, manufacturing facilities, sports venues, and more.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or graduate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Enrolled full-time in a nationally accredited program.
• Completed at least one year of college before the internship begins.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• AutoCAD experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering projects.
• Assist with technical calculations, drawings, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Gain exposure to real-world projects across industries with focus on energy efficiency and performance.
• Participate in intern program activities and professional development.
