Austin Commercial, a leading North Texas construction firm, is seeking an MEP Engineer for our North Texas Division in Fort Worth. The role supports project scheduling, submittals, RFIs, and cost estimation while ensuring safety and compliance. This on-site position leverages your MEP background and coordination across trades.

Qualificações

• B.S. in construction management/science, engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of MEP experience with a GC or mechanical contractor.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training required (may obtain within first year).
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, and punch-list.

Responsabilidades

• Notifies subcontractors of commencement dates and expedites deliveries to avoid delays.
• Assists in detailed cost/time estimating and change orders; ensures master schedule updates.
• Prepares submittal schedules and maintains logs; coordinates with subcontractors, architects and superintendents.
• Assists in subcontract preparation and resolves interpretation/execution issues; flags problems to project manager.
