Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in construction management/science, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Notifies subcontractors of commencement dates and coordinates delivery schedules.
• Prepares and tracks submittals and logs to meet construction schedule.
• Assists in subcontracts and resolves interpretation/execution issues.
• Verifies monthly subcontractor payment requests and supporting documentation.
• Responds to RFIs and coordinates information with the project team.
