Responsibilities

• Lead MEP design phase activities including system options and concept design.
• Coordinate lifecycle cost analysis for MEP systems and review constructability.
• Develop and present budgetary MEP estimates based on program and schematic design information.
• Maintain historical cost data for mechanical and electrical systems.
