Job summary

Southland Industries is offering an Internship and New College Graduate program designed to immerse you in the Design/Build HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection industry. The program aims to mentor you as you support design managers and project coordinators, read mechanical and plumbing plans, and learn to coordinate design-build activities.

You will gain hands-on experience with CAD tools, read plans, and participate in budget analysis and scheduling.

• Support field labor.

• Assist in budget analysis, cost and margin projections, estimate project changes & impacts, etc.
• Assist in the development of project schedules.
