Job summary

Qualifications

• Design/BuildHVAC coordination experience desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist design manager or project manager with coordinating a project.
• Support field labor and provide labor feedback.
• Assist in equipment and subcontractor procurement and document control.
• Coordinate design, trade and subcontractor interfaces.
• Assist in budget analysis, cost projections, and change/impacts estimation.
• Help develop and update project schedules.
