Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Project Executive to lead the Data Center Market with responsibility for a large or multiple complex projects across Dallas, TX; Jackson, MS; Lexington, KY; and Reno, NV. The role requires strategic direction, client relationship leadership, and rigorous program management.

You will drive proposals, execution strategies, and risk management while collaborating with construction, A/E, and MEP teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of seven consecutive years total profit and loss accountability on multiple projects.
Minimum of five years experience managing all disciplines of design/build projects or hard bid projects.
Experience with lump sum, GMP, cost plus construction management, and fee-based construction.
Proven record in increasing project profitability across multiple projects.
Ability to mentor and train other project staff.

Responsibilities

Manage one large $200MM+ project or multiple complex projects.
Develop proposals and execution strategy with buy-in from construction, A/E, MEP services, and field ops.
Monitor purchasing of materials, subcontracts, equipment, and services for savings.
Maintain project master schedule and coordinate with Field Ops, A/E, and MEP services.
Lead risk management plans and safety/quality programs and reporting.
