Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Supervisor, MEP to lead a field team on a high-impact infrastructure project for Starbase. You will supervise site logistics, coordinate with engineering and project management to maintain schedules, and manage resources and safety across multiple trades.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to adapt quickly to evolving site conditions, and a strong understanding of civil, mechanical, and electrical interfaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day site supervision of a fast-paced construction project.
• Supervise a team dedicated to construction site logistics/operations, including schedules and resources.
• Plan, implement, and enforce construction site logistics to enable project goals and schedule.
• Manage SpaceX construction assets (trailers, portalets, rental equipment, etc.).
• Enforce SpaceX safety policies and drive safety culture on site.
