Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Supervisor, MEP, to lead and supervise a team of laborers and contractors on critical infrastructure projects. You will manage site logistics, schedules, and safety programs to ensure on-time delivery of project milestones.

The role requires coordinating with engineering and project management, overseeing assets and materials, and ensuring compliance with SpaceX safety policies while maintaining high standards for quality and efficiency on the jobsite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site supervision of a fast-paced construction project.
• Supervise a team dedicated to construction site logistics/operations, including schedules and resource allocation.
• Plan, implement, and enforce construction site logistics to meet goals and schedule.
• Manage SpaceX construction assets (trailers, porta-pots, rental equipment).
• Enforce SpaceX safety policies and drive safety culture on site.
• Coordinate daily with contractors and internal partners for field operations.
