SilverBack is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead site-level execution and ensure quality across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations on large-scale projects.

You will coordinate with general contractors, trade subcontractors, and client representatives from early construction through testing, pre-commissioning, and full commissioning, while maintaining safety and schedule discipline.

Formación

• Experience as MEP Construction Manager on large-scale projects.
• Full project lifecycle experience from groundbreaking to handover and commissioning.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical trades.
• OSHA 30 certification (or active OSHA 10) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily site operations and installation quality for all MEP systems.
• Act as the primary technical contact for subcontractors, resolving field conflicts.
• Review submittals, RFIs, design packages, and change orders for compliance.
• Coordinate pre-commissioning activities and testing phases (L1–L5).
• Maintain project documentation and site reports; enforce safety standards.
