Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing efforts on large-scale commercial and mission-critical builds. You will coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and rigorous safety standards.

The role emphasizes proactive risk management, quality control, and successful turnover of completed systems.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in MEP construction project leadership.
• Minimum 3 years in a Project Manager, MEP Manager, Construction Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Experience with schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage all MEP project activities from preconstruction through commissioning and final turnover.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and schedules to establish execution strategies.
• Lead MEP coordination among owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and manpower forecasts for MEP scopes.
• Oversee installation of MEP systems to ensure compliance with design documents and standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to scope, schedule, budget, and constructability.
• Manage subcontractor performance, contracts, and quality expectations.
• Lead coordination meetings and client-facing project discussions.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of major equipment and long-lead items.
