Job summary

Amazon AWS Data Center Design Engineering seeks a Mechanical & Plumbing BIM designer to create and maintain BIM models using Revit for data center projects. You will collaborate across teams to develop detailed drawings, support coordination, and ensure design documentation meets high standards for efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience using Revit for Mechanical & Plumbing BIM models and construction drawings.
• 5+ years of design/engineering experience of MEP building systems for mission critical facilities.
• Working knowledge of Mechanical & Plumbing codes (IPC/UPC) and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Mechanical & Plumbing BIM models and construction drawings for data centers.
• Create and publish construction documentation for MEP systems in fast-paced projects.
• Coordinate design with other trades to resolve clashes and ensure buildability.
• Update and maintain BIM templates and family content; support design reviews and site surveys.
