Qualifications

• Experience building 3D BIM models for MEP systems.
• Proficiency with Revit and Navisworks Manage.
• Ability to coordinate with design and field teams.
• Knowledge of codes and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for MEP systems using Revit.
• Coordinate models and perform clash detection with Navisworks.
• Review design documents for constructability and accuracy.
• Generate shop drawings and installation drawings from BIM models.
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, schedules, and content.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve conflicts and ensure constructibility.
