Job summary

Integra Mission Critical in Dallas is seeking a BIM Modeler I to develop high quality BIM models for data center projects using Revit and related tools. You will coordinate models with design trades to support project alignment, accuracy and efficient design execution.

Responsibilities include creating 3D MEP Revit models, preparing reports, building Revit families, maintaining drawings, and performing clash detection to ensure smooth coordination across disciplines; you will participate in

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years using Revit and AutoCAD to produce design models.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit family creation, sheets, schedules and related functions.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D MEP Revit design models and optimize designs to support project requirements.
• Prepare and submit reports and documentation related to project activity and model development.
• Create Revit families and incorporate new content into company standards.
• Maintain project drawing files, details and associated records.
• Identify and resolve clashes, conflicts and discrepancies within BIM models to support coordination across disciplines.
• Participate in coordination meetings to address design conflicts and propose solutions.
