Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead design-side BIM coordination and model management. You will partner with engineering, field, and modeling teams to maintain organized model environments and ensure BEP implementation throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include coordinating model development, conducting clash detection, and ensuring timely delivery of project information to clients.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in electrical BIM coordination.
• Deep knowledge of construction sequencing and trade coordination.
• Expertise in Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD MEP.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination meetings with other trades (mechanical, plumbing, telecom, structural, architectural).
• Performs QA/QC reviews, clash detection and manages issue logs to resolution.
• Manages internal coordination and overall system constructability per single/one-line diagrams
• Ensure models are updated and synchronized across the project team.
• Support project managers with constructability reviews and field coordination.
• Collaborate with fabrication and field teams to ensure model accuracy reflects installation.
• Act as the primary liaison between BIM team and project site leadership.
