A leading mechanical contractor in Woburn, MA is seeking an MEP Coordinator to manage and coordinate plumbing and HVAC models. You will work closely with project teams to ensure design accuracy and facilitate prefabrication processes. The ideal candidate has experience with mechanical coordination, proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical coordination, BIM, or 3D modeling in plumbing/HVAC construction.
• Proficiency with relevant modeling software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or Fabrication CADmep.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D plumbing and HVAC models.
• Identify clashes and communicate solutions.
• Prepare coordinated spool drawings for prefabrication.
