Job summary

Lochridge-Priest Inc is seeking a BIM Designer – MEP to develop and maintain detailed BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on commercial and industrial projects. You will work with project teams to translate design and field requirements into accurate, constructible models and help identify conflicts early in the process.

You will model HVAC, piping, electrical layouts, and related components using Revit, with coordination meetings and documentation supporting

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems within commercial/industrial construction.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit for detailed BIM modeling.
• Experience with model coordination and clash detection workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for MEP systems using Revit and related tools.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to reflect design intent.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues before installation.
• Produce coordination shop drawings and BIM-based fabrication information.
• Maintain BIM content, templates, and project standards across models.
