Willow Valley Communities in Lancaster, PA is hiring a Full-Time Menu Dining Server for our Supportive Living team. This permanent role offers stable shifts and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with Residents and guests.

Starting pay is $15.00/hour with weekly Friday pay, comprehensive benefits, and tuition reimbursement. Training is provided for those new to the role, and the work features a welcoming, supportive culture with opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive service in a menu-style dining room.
• Guide Residents through menu selections and dietary needs.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders into the system.
• Serve meals in courses with professionalism and care.
• Observe and respond to Resident needs throughout the dining experience.
• Assist with table service, clearing, and resetting.
• Support food prep, pantry stocking, and side work as needed.
• Help with room service trays, special events, and banquets.
• Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas.

What You’ll Do

As a Menu Dining Server, you’ll help create an exceptional dining experience while building meaningful relationships with Residents and guests.

• 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday + every other weekend & holiday
