Willow Valley Communities is hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time Menu Dining Servers to join our Culinary team at The Manor Campus and The Lakes Campus in Lancaster, PA.

These permanent, year-round positions offer meaningful work serving Residents and guests, with opportunities for growth and a supportive culture. No experience? Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive service in a menu-style dining room.
• Guide Residents through menu selections and dietary needs.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders into the system.
• Serve meals in courses with professionalism and care.
• Observe and respond to Residents' needs throughout dining.
• Assist with table service, clearing, and resetting.
• Support food prep, pantry stocking, and side work.
• Help with room service trays, events, and banquets.
• Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas.

What You'll Do

As a Menu Dining Server, you'll help create an exceptional dining experience while building meaningful relationships with Residents and guests.

• Take and enter food and beverage orders into the system
• Serve meals in courses with professionalism and care
• Observe and respond to Resident needs throughout the dining experience
• Assist with table service, clearing, and resetting
• Support food prep, pantry stocking, and side work as needed
• Help with room service trays, special events, and banquets
• Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas

Schedules Available

• 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, 2-3 days/week, Monday through Friday + every other weekend & holiday (weekend shifts vary by location)
• 11:00 AM - 7:30/8:00 PM, Monday through Friday + every other weekend & holiday
• 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, 4 days Monday-Friday every other weekend & holiday
