Job summary

Willow Valley Communities in Lancaster/Willow Street, PA, is seeking Part-Time Menu Dining Servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences and build meaningful relationships with Residents and guests.

As a Menu Dining Server, you will guide Residents through menu selections, take orders, serve meals in courses, and help with room service trays and events. Starting at $15/hour with weekly pay and access to resort-style amenities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive service in a menu-style dining room
• Guide Residents through menu selections, daily specials, and dietary needs
• Take and enter food and beverage orders into the system
• Serve meals in courses with professionalism and care
• Observe and respond to Resident needs throughout the dining experience
• Assist with table service, clearing, and resetting
• Support food prep, pantry stocking, and side work as needed
• Help with room service trays, special events, and banquets
• Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas
