Willow Valley Communities is hiring a Full-Time Menu Dining Server for our Supportive Living team in Lancaster, PA. Join a caring community where meals are about connection and comfort, not just sustenance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive service in a menu-style dining room.
• Guide Residents through menu selections, daily specials, and dietary needs.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders into the system.
• Serve meals in courses with professionalism and care.
• Observe and respond to Resident needs throughout the dining experience.
• Assist with table service, clearing, and resetting.
• Support food prep, pantry stocking, and side work as needed.
• Help with room service trays, special events, and banquets.
• Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas.

• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday every other weekend & holiday
• 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday every other weekend & holiday
• 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday every other weekend & holiday
