Job summary

Dayton Independent Schools District Wide is seeking a Mentoring Program Coordinator to develop and oversee a comprehensive school-based mentoring initiative across participating districts in Kentucky. Qualifications

Ability to travel locally between partner districts, sites, and community locations.

Responsibilities

Lead development and coordination of mentoring programs across partnering districts.
Promote the mentoring program through community events and outreach.
Recruit, train, and support mentors per Partners for Change expectations.
Establish clear mentoring structures, including matching processes and progress monitoring.
Monitor outcomes using data to assess impact and inform reporting.
Collaborate with school leadership to align mentoring with school improvement goals.
Partner with families and community organizations to support mentoring services.
