Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in social work, psychology, education, or closely related field.
• Ability to travel locally between partner districts, sites, and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and coordination of mentoring programs across partnering districts.
• Promote the mentoring program through community events and outreach.
• Recruit, train, and support mentors per Partners for Change expectations.
• Establish clear mentoring structures, including matching processes and progress monitoring.
• Monitor outcomes using data to assess impact and inform reporting.
• Collaborate with school leadership to align mentoring with school improvement goals.
• Partner with families and community organizations to support mentoring services.
