• Serve Family: Act as liaison between parent and mentor as needed.
• Monitor Match: Review mentor attendance and ensure regular visits.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with other mentoring agencies and community partners.
• End-of-Year Closure: Complete closure steps with signed slips and roster updates.
• Events: Assist in planning bi-monthly in-person professional development and family events.
