Job summary

Doniphan-Trumbull Public School District is seeking a Teammates Coordinator to oversee the TeamMates mentoring program within the Doniphan area. You will collaborate with the Central Office, local chapter board, and the district to ensure program quality and alignment with policies.

Responsibilities include mentoring program representation, communication with staff and the school board, and coordinating training, mentor recruitment, and match processes.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or GED required; First Aid/CPR training required; Driver's license with vehicle to operate school van; On-staff certification preferred; Teammates experience preferred.
• Mandatory trainings and certifications may be required; maintain current First Aid/CPR.
• Preferred: on-staff certificated employee; experience with TeamMates mentoring program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate TeamMates mentoring program across district and local chapter board.
• Represent the TeamMates program for school/community.
• Communicate impact to staff and school board; align program with policy.
• Attend annual conference for updates and training; follow Program Management Manual.
