Job summary

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago is seeking a full-time Site Based Partnership and Program Facilitator for the Southland, IL/Northwest Indiana region. You will recruit volunteers and youth, build school and community partnerships, and coordinate program sessions to sustain 15–20 active matches.

The role reports to the Director of Site Based Programs, requires travel throughout the Southland and Northwest Indiana region, and involves regular in-office presence in Chicago HQ with a

Qualifications

Experience in community outreach, recruitment and marketing is a must.
2-4 years’ experience in youth work, program management, or community partnerships preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead volunteer and youth recruitment across Southland and Northwest Indiana to maintain program capacity.
Build partnerships with schools, businesses and community orgs; represent BBBSChi in events.
Oversee enrollment, match introductions, and monitor enrollment processes.
Travel regularly to Southland and Northwest Indiana; attend meetings in Chicago HQ; ensure program safety and data accuracy.
Provide on-site support and facilitation during mentoring sessions to strengthen matches.
