Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago is seeking a Regional Growth Manager for Northwest Indiana. Lead recruitment and community partnerships to grow youth, volunteer, and partner pipelines, ensuring match growth and high program capacity across Lake and Porter Counties.

Collaborate across departments and represent BBBSChi at local events to raise awareness and drive regional growth, with a focus on diverse youth and families.

Qualifications

• Bilingual language skills required for diverse communities.
• Experience in recruitment, outreach, and community partnerships.
• Ability to analyze and use data to inform recruitment priorities.

Responsabilités

• Drive annual new-match and children-served goals in Northwest Indiana.
• Develop and execute recruitment and community engagement strategies.
• Maintain pipelines of Bigs, Littles, families, schools, and partners.
• Represent BBBSChi at community events and meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support follow‑up and progression.
• Prepare reports and CRM updates with accurate data.
