Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) preferred.
• Able to pass a post-offer background check.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.

• Discreet handling of confidential/sensitive information.
• Adaptable in fast-paced, growing environments.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with a positive, solution-focused approach.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work in the office Mon–Thu with option to work from home on Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through four departments over 360 days, 90 days per rotation.
• Finance: AP/AR, invoicing, budgeting and general accounting.
• HSQE/Technical: Safety, regulatory compliance, maintenance planning.
• Operations: Voyage planning, crewing, vessel scheduling, port ops.
• Commercial: Chartering, client relations, market analysis.
