Job summary

You will rotate through project management, estimating, sales coordination and more, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship as you build technical knowledge and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Prior leadership experience is a plus but not required.
• Internships or academic projects in business, sales, or marketing are valued.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across key departments (Shipping, Kitpacking, Pressroom, etc.).
• 6-12 months in Project Management, progressing from planning to execution.
• 1-3 months in Estimating, learning to develop quotes and proposals.
• 6-12 months as a Sales Coordinator, building client relationships.
