Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Therapeutic Sales Specialist (TSS) to drive adoption of our innovative mental health therapy across a defined territory. This field-based role collaborates with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and healthcare systems to execute the regional commercial strategy and ensure compliant, medically-sound education.

The TSS will support patient access, navigate payer pathways, and work with cross-functional teams to launch a novel treatment modality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets preferred.
• Experience launching novel therapies or working in pre-launch environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch.
• Develop relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and health systems.
• Deliver compliant product and disease-state education to providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and guide referral pathways.
• Collaborate to ensure onboarding and optimized delivery workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics and patient flow considerations.
• Support reimbursement pathways and payer processes.
• Gather field insights to inform brand strategy and launch.
• Manage territory planning and performance tracking.
