Compass Pathways seeks a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of our innovative mental health therapy across certified treatment centers. This field-based role requires developing strong partnerships with psychiatrists and providers while aligning with regulatory, safety, and access frameworks.

The TSS will launch a novel therapy, engaging through a consultative, clinically driven approach and operate at the intersection of clinical education, account management, and patient access.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, preferably in specialty or complex therapeutic areas.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets preferred.
• Experience with medical and pharmacy benefit reimbursement, prior authorization, and payer processes preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of the company’s mental health therapy.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, behavioral health systems, and other stakeholders.
• Deliver accurate, compliant product and disease-state education to healthcare providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and assist providers with referral pathways and patient access.
• Collaborate with treatment sites to support onboarding and optimized delivery workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics including scheduling and patient flow.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Operations for coordinated execution.
• Gather insights to inform brand strategy and launch planning.
