New Directions Mental Health seeks licensed therapists to join a supportive clinical team. You will conduct intake assessments, provide outpatient therapy, and create comprehensive treatment plans with a multidisciplinary group.

The role emphasizes supervision, ongoing professional development, confidentiality, and ethical practice in a setting that prioritizes client care and clinician growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Provisional license per state regulation may be required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, staff, and therapists.
